abdominal pain

i have had abdominal pain for quite some time now i have had ct scan ,ultra sound and nothing but i keep felling this pain and some days it hurts more than others my doc keeps persribing me acid reflux meds and nausea meds so what do i do i take the medicine and nausea and pain still there
