abdominal pain

im 34 years old woman. and i wake up from intense stomach pain at night right below my sternum, am very nauseaous and need to burp alot, after having a very soft bowel movement (often diareah for aprox 1 year ) or having a small snack (sometimes both ) it goes away but im really starting to pack on the pounds.im worried this could be something serious. i have had my apppendice, gallbladder removed, a dr in emerg suspected i passed kidney stones about 1 year ago, ovarian cysts that needed to be surgically drained years ago, and cervical cancer that was successfully treated about 8 years ago that never returned, ive also had three cesarean sections when i had my children. what could this be
