Upper right quadrant pain can be caused by the liver or gallbladder.
Normally, blood tests to evaluate the liver enzymes as well as an abdominal ultrasound or CT scan would be considered.
If negative, upper GI conditions can also
leadLead poisoning to pain here. If the imaging tests are negative, you can consider an upper endoscopy to exclude these causes.
