abdominal pains and poop doesn't float

I've been having abdominal pains since last night.  I haven't had diahrrea or vomiting, but I did notice that my poop is not floating, it's sinking.  A nutritionist told me that your poop tells a lot about you and your body.  My poop never sinks.

Wow when you find out why that is let me know. My never floats. I've never heard such thing. But I also have been having abdominal pain in my lower rightside along with lower back pains. best to you
