abnormal feces

since 6 months i have been problem regarding my feces because when i eat food it takes pretty fair duration to digest. i go to toilet almost everyday morning. but when i do my toilet, feces are abnormal. it does not have any shape,and it looks like paste like stuffs. but it doesn't have any blood or any mucus . and i don't feel any abdominal pain as well no vomiting. when my toilet is done it feels me very hungry and seems that i haven't ate anything. also when i eat certain kind of foods it makes lot of gas in my stomach.like potato cauliflower etc. so now i have avoid those foods. i have consulted many doctors and they have prescribed many kinds of medicines.sadly no difference. some said IBS and some said its a minor problem. but i am quite concern about my status,so please give me some solid advice how i must treat in this situation .
