adult male 24 years old Belly Button Pain

My husband is experiencing belly button pain. We considered the idea of a hernia, however it is not sticking out. He does not have any other symptom other than nauseaness, and that is only when he gets over hungry. I just need to figure out what is causing him this pain. I am worried about it being acute apendacitis. OR stranled intestines. I need to have peace of mind. I made a Doctor appointment for him tomorrow at 1000am. I am very nervous though. I wish that he would go to the hospital. It is so easy to tell someone to just go to the hospital, it is actually very difficult to get them to go.

If anyone has any experiences that they can share with me, or advice, email me at ***@****
or reply back to this thread.
