after colonoscopy

my colonoscopy was clean so next we are doing the camera down throat one.  but i have a new problem. the upper area around my spine is sore.  i can feel it more when i turn my head to the right.  ive also beome aware of more jerks when im falling asleep, even jerks of the head and around mouth, not just arms and legs.  does this mean anything?  still have abdominal pains especially on the sides.

You feel tingling around the mouth and ALSO in arms and legs? Or it is numbness or pain...? If it occurs with the change of position, it is probably from nerves.
