Oh, it's probably ordinary hemorrhoids, which come and go. They are usually caused by straining from constipation, which causes tissues to swell up and become irritated and sometimes bleed a little when waste passes by them. To prevent constipation you should get enough fiber foods, to include whole grains, fruit, and fresh salads and vegies, and also drink lots of water and exercise regularly. To make it easier to pass waste and not irritate your hemorrhoids to where they bleed, you can put plain KY jelly on there after you bathe for a week or two, until they settle down.
