aia need answers from a doc asap

About a year and  half ago i started havin painful bowel movements and sever wieght loss and stateroheaa and then it would go away n come back then in june of this year i had to take a antibiotic for a uti and boom it knocked everything with my stomach away went noraml bowel movements and everything felt awsome.. 3 days ago the statorehhea started again this time ive noticed for a couple of weeks i been noticing this red rash on both sides of myy groin that smells like jock its but it heals gray at scaley. then will come back then i treat it and it goes away. i have a slight liver rise one catagorie in the 80s. i have no pain exsept a little gas. no jaundice no wieght loss i actualy weight more now then i have in a while. i looked somthin up and all 3three are or could be connected to pancreatic islet tumor and the rash could be this rare rash cause by the cancer. and mimics other things like jock itch. i am 26 years old, with no medical history besides this last year i had cat scan mris 3 months ago i had a cbc done everything came back ok besides the slight liver count. what is this
