almost 3 years since gall bladder removal

I had my gall bladder removed in 2007, i had a lot of problems with gas and digestion almost immediatley. I have gotten to the point now where I am having problems so bad I can't take it. I am not sure if it is related to the gall bladder removal or not. Need some advice. After my surgery I went on Atkins and lost about 50 pounds. I didnt have too many problems while on that diet except extreme constipation and always feeling like I had to pass gass but couldn't. I still have that problem but now my stomache extends to the size it was when I was pregnant at about 6-7 months. I havent been eating the greatest lately.(not following Atkins since I got dehydrated and ended up having to get IV to get my electrolytes back on track). I am so uncomfortable and bloated it hurts. I get the bloating in by belly button area and above up to where my bra is. My bra gets tight by the end of the day. I am also experience extreme exhaustion. I am having trouble making it through an 8 hour day at work without fighting to not fall asleep at my desk. Please offer any advise. I have found some sites that suggest to stay away from certain foods but then I find another that contradicts what the first one says. Please help, advise on helping with digestions, eating habits, foods to avoid, anything would be appreciated.
