anal fistual wont heal from surgery

I been having problems for about 2 years know from getting an anal fistual. I've had 2 surgerys for cutting out the fistual and one skin graph to repair skin damage from it. my last skin graph was done on may 1 2008 and know im back experencing bad burning and itching in the anus, mostly after i have bowel movements, and it hurts to sit down on anything hard. My mother is in her earlier 40's and she has chron's and colitis diease since she been 18 years of age. My surgeon says im to young to have either one but im not sure he is being to honest. I've had MRI's done CT scan's done and they reveal nothing. The fistuals seem not to be coming back but the skin is having troubles healing itself. Or atlest thats what my doctor claims.. He tried precribing .2% nitro to increase blood flow and we found out i was illergic to it so i cant use that. I need help im only 24 years old and it is tearing my life apart.... Please help
