anal fistula

Hi Everybody.

I'm in a desperate situation.
I have an anal fistula for about 8 years now.
I was to the doctor when it appeared the first time since i was bleeding.
I didn't have much pain or anything, just bleeding and of course the bad scent.

Since i was very busy at that time with exams etc the doctor said that i could postpone the surgery for some time if i wanted.

I choose to postpone it but i never had time to take the surgery :( .

Now it is almost 8 years i have the fistula and a second fistula has developed.

I feel so desperate and still i don't want to take the surgery since i think that this will lead me to inconsistence.

What do you suggest people?
