anal leakage

i got anal leakage, that smells like a bad *****.  Then i got a bump and others like it (not clustered, no burning, just itching like a zit) that started in my genital area, and a gel like substance that comes out when i ejaculate.  On top of which my balls are getting soar.  is this all one possible disease or am i screwed with a bunch?
the bump seems to spread when i touched it then by habbit not wash my hands and end up itching my scalp. i think it might be a staph, or herpes.
