anal sphincter spasm

My anal sphincter is almost totally closed because of a continuing spasm. It is very painful and hard to have a bowel
movement. I have MS. I have seen a colorectal doctor who confirmed this. How is this condition treated?
I have learned that botox injections could help. Where would I be able to get it done?
