Hi.
To be quite honest, the only part of your ordeal that I have knowledge with is Paxil.  I have been diagnosed with severe depression and have been on Paxil..... actually I am still on 5mg of it.  Before I started taking anti-depressants, I had never had a panic or anxiety attack in my life.  After a few weeks on Paxil, they became a regular occurance (some were quite severe).  After four and a half months of being on 40mg of Paxil, I was having crazy side effects.  Ex.  Insominia, sweating (excessive), food cravings, stomache problems (quite like yours), nightmares...... I could go on and on.  Is the Paxil only taken for anxiety?  I must tell you though, I have been on different anti-depressants, and it does take between 3 - 8 weeks to start the full effect.  All of them do have side effects, good and bad, but if they are making the situation much worse, a switch is definatly needed.  I am not sure if this helps at all, but I do feel that Paxil is playing a huge role.  I hope you get your results very soon, and I would talk to your doctor about maybe trying a different anti-depressant.  If you have any questions, please ask :)  And please let us know how everything makes out :)  Take Care.
