appendicitis surgery required or not

my  appendicitis size is 7mm in my report but i am getting pain for every 3 months, the pain last only for 2 to 3 hrs and it decreased rapidly after any vomting or motion. should i use antibiotics or surgery is required.

For me personally- I would opt into the surgery at this point.  It's always best to go over your options with your doctor and make the decision from there- but I would go for it.
