ascites diet

where can i find more detailed info on low sodium/low potasium diets to work with diruetics...end stage liver disease and hep c ?    i just get fragmentary and sometimes contradictory advice on the internet ?

yes.....but what levels of sodium ???   and so many food labels have NOTHING about how much potassium is included if any is at all......does your doc know of a book or something like that ?
