b 12

I'm 40 yrs. old. 2 years ago I started facial twitching peripheral tingles and numbness falling ect The only test that came back abnormal was my B12 I was told that I must have sublingual b12 to treat symptoms was on nuerontin for 6 months and finally got "better" still foggy, after meals feel exhausted ( I know it sounds bizarre ) occasional confusion and forgetfulEasily overwhelmed Well in  The meantime have had tremendous amounts of stress, My husband was diagnosed with ALS and passed away after a year. My 10 year old son had his blood work and I requested B12 levels and he is low, Has similar symptoms that I've been assuming was depression due to our family issues C/O back pain always tired ect.  I now need to know what the heck this is caused by I realize it is a symptom of an underlying issue... peds wants to send him and obviously me for testing, GI and Nuero What does this sound like to you. Obviosly genetic I prob. had this all my life and the chronic low finally caused the nuero.  Please give me info
