back pain + other problems after gallbladder removal

by dippydo, Jun 12, 2007 12:00AM
Had lap surgery 2 weeks ago. Dr said alot of stones but gallbladder wasnt awful inflammed. Went home same day 3 days later developed back pain starts in right mid to upper back then moves to center mid back. I get this everyday, feels like pain before removal but different but enough for 2 vicoden to kill it. Back pain comes with or without food. Also get prickly poking pain in back and an inch or so below incisions. Loose mucus filled bm (sorry) daily but usually only once per day but stomache makes alot of noise. I had no major health problems before surgery just anemia. Is this normal and what is it?
