bad hemmroids

Very, very sore hemmroid. Is it what I eat or drink. what vitiman can help.

You need some Preperation H, and make sure you aren't straining too much when going to the bathroon. Straining is what causes them, so if you are straining a lot, check your diet.  Make sure your eating enough fiber, but not too much, and plenty of liquids.  They normally go away on their own.  Preperation H helps with pain, itching, and shrinking them.  No vitamin to help them.
