barium swallow aftermath

I had a barium swallow yesterday because I have a constant feeling of a lump or as if something was stuck in my throat.  I also have had trouble with digesting things and I am taking prilosec along with other meds. Today my  first stool is white like they told me it would be but there was blood.  It didn't look like it was in the stool itself but rather   there was some liquidy/watery blood in the bowl, not like drops or formed blood for lack of a better description and when I wiped there was blood on the toilet paper.  Could this be from the swallow or something else.  I now have a bit of cramping and its not a period because I had a LSH so I don't get periods anymore.  Any ideas?
