been nauseous for two weeks etc...

For two weeks I have felt nauseous, tired, I have a lack of appetite, and I haven't had a normal bowel movement.  What is wrong with me I'm 27 and was in perfect health as far as I know before this!

I felt that way along with more syptoms as I kept ignoring it until I no longer could.  I would find out if I had low hemglobin, Iron, B-12 these are levels that can make you feel tired and no energy.

You could have gastritis which is inflammation of the stomach wall and can affect your bowels. Unfortunely, there are 25 digestive disorders, and a Gastroenterologist  is a specialist who can diagnose your condition. In the meantime, you may try using mineral-oil enemas and regular enemas to see whether you can induce a bowel movement. If the enemas give you a partial bowel movement, try a good, safe laxative to further help with your constipation. Dulcolax, 5-mg, is good. The tablets are tiny, and I take three tablets to gain the greatest relief. Your bowels should loosen in 5-6 hours. The Gastroenterologist may need to use an endoscope to look inside your esophagus and stomach for clues to your pain.
