belching and reflux and bloating

sir iam 29 yrs old I have gastric problem since 5 years. I have belching and reflux problem since one year. when i have food i have lot if belching and after having food i get belching with some food back to my mouth or throat.

Even If i drink a glass of water I get 8 to 10 burps.

I eat less qty of food less than my normal consumption even then my stomach bloats.

I don't eat any spicy food or oil content food.

Plz help me with your advice how do I solve this problem.

hi, first i suggest you ask your gp for a helicobacter-pylori infection breath test, if your found to be positive, then your gp will prescribe antibiotics along with ant-acid medication to eradicate the infection and to heal your gut linning, if after this, your situation doesnt change, your gp will have you undergo an upper endoscopy to see how much damage the infection has caused. in this procedure if they determine that you have gastritis or ulcers then they will put you on proton-pump-inhibitor ant-acid tablets for about six months, in this time any ulcers will have healed.
