birth control abdominal distention

abdominal distention 2-3 inches been off birth control for 2 years now and went down to 1-2 inches.. weight still the same. had abdominal ultrasounds and pelvic as well...no problems there. the only thing that seemed to help me briefly was taking probiotics in large amounts but that would give me diarrhea. once i go down on the probiotics the distention is back. other symptoms are diarrhea.
