black vomit and black stool

In the past week I have had black vomit and black stool I feel very sick to my stomach and can't hold down any food can u help me

Mammo is right - please urgently seek medical assistance.  This should ideally include an endoscopy and a colonoscopy.  Black vomit indicates bleeding from the stomach area (perhaps an ulcer??).  The medical name for black motions is melena and you may wish to google this word to learn more.

I agree.  This is not a joke.  You should seek immediate medical help.  Get to an ER or urgent care immediately.  All that black coloration does indicate internal bleeding.
