bleeding, diarrhea and constipation

about 4 yrs ago i was diagnosed with IBS and have had bad symtoms (symptoms) since and from it got a fissur and wud bleed if i was constipated, but that doesnt happen much but lately the last couple of times on and off that ive gone to the toilet ive bled quite a bit and had pain with bowel movement (mainly diarrhea).

I also have IBS, about the bleeding, if it's red but not too much I heard that it can be just a little cut from inside, but if it's diarrhea then you might have a problem, you should seek medical help right away. Also if your stools are black like it was really dark blood then it means that you are bleeding inside. It has happen to me that I was bleeding but that lasted one day so I think it was just a cut. For you if it  last more than a day then you should go to the ER. Hope you get better soon.
