bleeding after defecation

I am 16 years old, male, 60 lbs, 5' 6" in height..

I have been suffering from bleeding after i defecate. there are no traces of blood in my feces. it only comes out after i poop.. i dont have any abdominal pain, diarrhea, or any other "symptoms", just blood after i poop.. the blood volume i think is not much maybe 4ml i think. this has been happening for 3 weeks now, what might be my problem..

hey my names cliff im 18 im having the same problem, i went to my doctor and had some blood test done im waiting for the results, i say you should do the same. later man.

It could be something as simple as internal hemorrhoids.  Have your doc check it out.
Have you had a recent bout with hard stools by any chance?

If the blood is bright red and NOT mixed in with the feces, you are looking at piles or hemmoroids (hemorrhoids).  You may consider a Colonoscopy to check for polyps as in my experience the two, though not clinically connected , may be observed in this setting together. Your Dr. will probably agree.
