bloated stomach in 4 yr old

my 4 yr old son always has a bloated stomach. His belly looks distended. His bowel movements are normal goes to the potty once in a day. He doesn't eat properly. What is this exactly? What type of food should i give him?

my son gets like that occasionally here.  he's' 5.  but usually at that point he is a little constiapted.  It sounds bad, but it works fast and is easy.
Try giving him a Fleet glycerin suppository child size.
