bloated stomach

bloated too much.  I look like when i was 9 months pregnant.  Can't bend down put lots a weight on.
Been on diets and seem like nothing is working.  What could I do

There are so many things that can cause this kind of bloating.  In my house alone I had the bloating from ovarian cysts (after surgery back to normal) and my husband had bloating due to gluten problems (change in diet helped).  Please have your doctor do a thorough check up.
