What could be the reason for blood clots discharging from my rectum?

There are a number of conditions that could result in blood or blood clots. You need to contact your doc and request testing. Depending upon the severity, length of time this has been happening, any other symptioms you may be having and your family history, you may want to talk to the doc about having a colonoscopy.
