blood in stool during menstration

by lane1982, Oct 24, 2009 08:40PM
I am 27 years old. For the past three months the day before my menstral cycle starts I begin to have very bad abdomanal pains followed by very urgent bowel movements. Theses bowel movements are not normal. small soft amounts of stool come out incased in mucus and blood. The blood ranges from deep red to bright red. It is very painful inside while the stool is moving out. Shortly after each bowel movement I will begin to have the pains again and it starts over. This continues into the first two days of my menstral cycle. The rest of each month I don't have blood in my stool. I do have loose stool 70% of the time. What is this?
