Those liver function tests are certainly elevated, and deserve further evaluation.
Alcohol use can rise the enzymes up to that level, as well as a variety of liver diseases, like viral hepatitis.
I would follow this up with an abdominal ultrasound to look for intrinsic liver disease, as well as blood tests to exclude viral hepatitis.
Abstaining from alcohol should be considered, as well as repeating the liver tests to ensure they are not rising.
