bowel movements

Having had impacted bowels, and enemas were too painful, even in the ER, I took a stool softener..
While that worked, I now cannot stop going...It isn't diahrea, but there is a lot of gas and leakage. Many bowel movements...small pieces..but immediately after I eat, I have to have a bowel movement.
