bright red blood in stool

by pistonchamp, Oct 16, 2008 11:35AM
Just wanted to see if anyone could help me with a problem that I have seen. I am 30 years old and in the last 2 weeks I have noticed some blood on the toilet paper after I would wipe. It went away after a couple of days and thought nothing of it since. About 2 weeks after that I just had a stool movement that had no pain during the act, but when I got up there was bright red color to the water in the toilet. This freaked me out and needed some more info to see what to do next. Any info that I can get will help me greatly. Thank you
