bright red blood in toilet, anal fissure or something else?

i have consipation all my life due to i dont' drink enough water and never eat vegetable.
lately, i try to push hard when i go #2 and it giving me red blood drop in toilet and on toilet paper, i can feel tha tmy anal being tear due to me pushing it, i can feel the cut when my stool pass down, and it cause me alot of pain afterward, it just the bright red blood in toilet freak me out.
can this be an anal fissure? or colon cancer? anyone experience this?

alot of blood drops, the toilet water turn red, i can feel the tear in my anus, im just worry, any opinion?
