brother in a coma

my brother has been in the hospital since october.  he went in with 105 temp and had a seizure...since then he has been in and out of a coma with severe seizures and constant fever..every test came back normal.now were in the second month and three hospitals later he is still in critical condition and they had just removed some of his colon and scar tissue from him . then he tripled his weight right after the surgery.  he is still in a coma with his abdomen exposed cause he gained so much that they have no room to put his skin together,  but his seizures stopped and the fever is gone. does anyone know what is wrong or what to do?
