bulging when i push and not feeling empty after a bowl movement.

I am 20 years old and had a baby a little over a year ago. I have had chronic constipation seance i was about 12. i feel. I am really concerned with this because it has made it hard to tell when i have to go to the bathroom and made it even hard to go.I also feel heaviness and have had my part of the inside cavity outside. It was just a little bit but it has been happening with every bowl movement. I don't have to help it go back in. I also have to put pressure in between my vaginal opening and anus to be able to go to the bathroom or it will just cause discomfort and tear me.

So sorry about the pain you are going through- have you seen a doctor about this?  It's important to be seen- it sounds like there is more going on then just you are constipated frequently- feel better soon!
