burbing

this morning as I was driving all of sudden  I had a small cloud of smoke in front of me,  where did it come, from it was gone right away  and I realized I had just had a small belch and I think it came from that?????????? No ordor did not happen again. What was this?

same happened to 2-3 times and I almost felt like a magcian. I suppose it is some kind of a chemical reaction; for me it happens after I have had milk.
