burning Chest

I have a terrible burning sensation in my chest. My arms also are tingling severely. I went to the hospital ER last week with this and was told I have pneumonia and I'm on an antibiotic. It's getting worse and now bothering me during the day rather than just at night. I can't sleep because it's so annoying. I have GERD and take Nexium for that which I have done for 3 months.
