burning pain

please could you hel with the following , i started with gas and some lower abdominal pain about a year ago ,after several weeks of ibs medication the pain when in vto my right groin and testes the gas and abdominal pain would shift from left to right sides of the lower abdominal areas , bloods test carroed out and fob test to these where fine , pain did not go away so i was send for a ct scan of abdominal and pelvic area with contrastp these were all fine at the same time i had lower back pain and some pain in my spine so i was send for a lower back xray there was some wear and tear but nothing seriuos according to the report my own doc seems to be lost  for any ideas , at this time i have lots of ain in my lower back and spine worse whemn i sit down pain in my right chest area when i breath in , also burning pain in my lower right side abdominal area which seems to move u my abdomen and into the middle by my belly button i am in pain most of the day again worse when sitng down my doc says take some pain meds .recently i have seen a private consultant and she says a ct scan colongraph she thinks thers nothing to worry about , by the way i had a barium enema about two months ago and this was said to be fine apart from some smal ockets of diverticulitus there we have it  , als to add to this list are pain in my legs and ankels in my knees to hip pain some days i fin it hard to walk also feel wack out with the pain and worry as i feel know is helping me
