burning scalp

When i get heartburn my ear and scalp have a burning sensation, even when i burp.
I had a double ear infection last year that was very painful and was prescribed with amoxycillin.
This cured the infection but this is when the burning started.
Has anyone else had this.
All blood tests were normal and i don't feel unwell

I'm not sure if it's associated with the heartburn or not, but amoxycillin can cause changes to the skin (like yeast infections in some people) that can cause a burning feeling or discomfort. Perhaps a dermatologist might be able to figure it out.
