can H.Pylori and hashimoto's disease be cured?

Hi
I'm a 26-year-old female and I was diagnosed with hypothyroid a month ago. My TSH level was 14!! Before I was diagnosed I had been taking Iboprofen for 3 weeks, which I think caused it. I had started getting severe stomach aches after eating so I went to see the doctor and my blood test confirmed that I had hashimoto's disease. On top of this i have either h pylori or stomach ulcers. The doctor hasn't confirmed what it is yet. He asked me to get an endoscopy done, which will take place in three weeks.
I have been taking Sulcrate Suspension Plus for the stomach aches. It helps if I have a very small portion of food, otherwise I suffer from agnozing stomach pains. For the Thyroid I have been taking Eltroxin (Levothyroxine) 0.05mg. It's been a month since I have been taking Eltroxin but I have missed my monthly period (I'm not pregnant) and I have been suffering from constipation.
Before the thyroid diagnosis I did not experience any symptoms other than minor constipation and stomach aches.
Will these problems be cured??? Will I go back to being normal without the need to take any pills??? PLEASE HELP ME I'm very nervous!!!!!
Thank you.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  Did your doctor confirm that you have hashimoto's not just hypothyroidism?  Hashimoto's cannot be cured but luckily, it is very easily treated.  You will need to take pills the rest of your life.  You should be very thankful for this though because many diseases (including one that I have) cannot be cured and are not at all easily treated.  Both H pylori and stomach ulcers can be cured though.
