can a large colon resection cost liver enzimes go up

i had a large colon resection about year ago, i started having skin problems and sores and non healing skin sores, i have constant diarrhea due to the resection but no weight loss, yellow water diarrhea, my liver enzimes are elevated tests were alkaline phosphatase is high,sgot is high,sgpt is high b/cr is high what is wrong with me? im 39 yrs old, eat healthy, and cant loose weight but am having diarrhea after eating..
