Well, if all the tests say your digestive system is okay, then there are a couple other things I can think it might be. Assuming your only symptom is severe abdominal pain, then next time you have that sharp pain, immediately go drink a half-glass of water with an alka seltzer in it, and lay down for a half hour. If that helps, then instead of eating heavy meals a couple times a day, eat lighter meals more frequently. But if your pain is not from abdominal gas, then then you should go visit an OB-GYN lady doctor group, because at your age, it is possible you have endomentriosis or some other female problem that is causing some real bad pelvic cramps, and that is a treatable condition.
