can you need a normal life wihout a somch

i had my stomch removed because of high risk of cancer i now regrett. because i dont have a life i am only vommitting en bein g sick for months. i hope somebody canea offer some curage because this is no life. i am looking for possibilitys of stomachtransplant does anyone now some thing i am 31 years old
