carcinoid syndrom(syndrome)

Have anyone of you heard or experienced symptoms such as bone and muscle pain (no flushing, no diarea (diarrhea), no wheezing, anything from obvious suspects...)combined with 24 hour 5 HIAA test with high levels of hormones related to carcinoid syndrom (syndrome)? Put is differently can be these two symptoms without other symptoms still indicating carcinoid syndrom (syndrome)?
