you either damaged a portion of your esophagus due properties of digestive juices that were among your vomit as it was ejected, or increased thoracic and abdominal pressure in consequence to the vomiting reflex could have caused some damage to a brochiole or two in your lungs. both of which would be irritated by deep breathing and should heal soon providing you refrain from participating in activities that would otherwise aggrivate the site of pathology. dont be an idiot.
