chest pain

by dshsue, Apr 18, 2008 05:34PM
Have pain in center of chest   is very sore to touch. Have had heart, lungs, liver, and gallbladder checked. Endoscops y is scheduled in 2 weeks. I have pain as I eat in this area also any with any other movement of this area. My dr. put me on predisone twice thinking it was tietze syndrome with no help. All  blood tests are good I do have a cough and my voice has changed to a strained sound. I also am tired and have a lot of trouble sleeping because of the pain. This has been going on for 8 weeks. I have to wait days between tests and am in almost constant pain. Mr dr. wants to give pain meds. I won't take them until they find cause.

This discussion is related to Sharp chest, neck and back pain after eating.
