What Can I eat and Not eat after having my gallbladder removed

I have been dealing with the with digestive issues for 10 yrs. I strongly suggest that you stay away from Fatty, Oily foods( deep fried ). I've been a vegetarian for the last 2 yrs and it has helped me greatly.
Everyone can be different, I also suggest that you take note of what you eat, and you'll find out what makes you sick or not.

You may want to consider a low fat diet. A lot of people have problems digesting fats after this form of surgery and a low fat diet can reduce that probability.
