chostocondritis/bulimia chest pains

I am 31 years old I suffered from bulimia for 16 years . Acid reflux has been always a problem for the past 4 years I've been having pains in my chest(costhocondritis) that goes to my shoulder and back with this problem I've had the chest pressure in my upper chest I am really afraid that this might be esophageal cancer. Does anyone had any comments??

I would recommend seeing a g.i. doctor to get an upper g.i. endoscopy. That would help to rule out the possibility of esophageal cancer.
